• All screenings require prior reservation.
• Please make your reservation by telephone, fax or by visiting the hospital.
• If you prefer to make a reservation at the hospital, please visit the “Complete Health Checkup Reservation Desk” located at the admittance desk. We will give you information regarding consultation as well as documents required along with your reservation.
