About International Health Care Center (ICC)
National Center for Global Health and Medicine (NCGM) has been offering consultation for international patients who wish to visit Japan for medical examination and support for those who need medical care while visiting Japan. To enhance framework for such activities, we established “International Health Care Center (ICC)” on April 1st, 2015 and strive to mitigate language and cultural barriers in healthcare communication.
Please feel free to contact us if you wish to consult about medical issues such as sudden illness, planned examinations and treatments, request for acceptance of a patient transported emergently from overseas.

Medical interpreter during medical care and treatment at this hospital
Medical interpretation service will be provided to assist communication between health care providers and patients at the hospital. (No cost for the service will be charged to patients.)
